to Apply for the Formation of an Offshore Company in
Cyprus.
1.
Either:
a)
Complete
the following company formation instruction form.
We will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Or
b)
Download and complete by hand the company formation
instruction form and send by fax, mail or courier.
2.
Provide by fax, mail or courier:
a)
A
photocopy of the first page of the passport of the
beneficial shareholder(s).
Or
b)
A bank reference letter for the beneficial shareholder(s),
addressed to the Central Bank of Cyprus. Bank references
obtained from banks based in Cyprus are not acceptable.
Bank references should ideally originate from the
country in which the beneficial shareholder resides
or carries out his business.
3.
A prepayment of US $800
should accompany the above documents. The remainder
balance of the fees should be paid before the delivery
of the documents and certificates of the company.
